Jennifer Fox

Coached by an executive who actually ran the kind of organization you're running.

More than 25 years building, leading, and scaling complex organizations. Now coaching the people doing the same.

Some of the leaders I coach arrive feeling stretched thin. Others arrive feeling solid, and clear that the strategies that built their current level will not build the next one. They want a thinking partner who has actually been the thing they're becoming.

Both groups belong here. I've sat in both seats myself.

The Operator Years

Before coaching, I spent nearly three decades at the highest levels of wealth management and financial services.

As President of Wealth Management at Bryn Mawr Bank Corporation, I led 170 professionals across trust, investment management, planning, private banking, broker-dealer, RIA, family office, and insurance brokerage subsidiaries. I led the team that doubled the wealth division from $13 billion to $24 billion in AUM and helped position the firm for its successful 2022 combination with WSFS. I served as a Named Executive Officer of a NASDAQ-listed company and chaired the boards of five regulated financial subsidiaries.

Earlier, I served as Chief Wealth Strategist for PNC Asset Management Group, where I built a 120-person national practice. Before that, I rebuilt a Wachovia wealth management region from the bottom three to the top three of fifty teams nationwide.

I hold a Juris Doctor from Temple Law, an MBA from the Temple University Fox School of Business, a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Villanova, and the CFP and Certified High Performance Coach designations. Private Asset Management magazine named me one of the 50 Most Influential Women in Private Wealth.

When I coach you, I'm not coaching you from a textbook. I'm coaching you from the chair you're sitting in.

Why I Left, And Why I Coach

After WSFS, I gave myself permission to slow down.

I asked a question I hadn't made time for in twenty-five years: what do I actually want the next chapter to look like?

The answer surprised me. The most fulfilling parts of my career have been more than just the deals or the AUM. They had been the moments when I helped a leader on my team see what they were capable of and step into it. Coaching, mentoring, building people. That was the through-line.

In the middle of that reflection, my husband David was diagnosed with a rare and aggressive cancer. The principles I'd been studying through the High Performance Institute, focus and clarity and energy management and resilience, stopped being theoretical and became the framework that got our family through the hardest year of our lives. The principles held.

That experience clarified everything. I founded &FOX to bring those principles to ambitious professionals who don't want to wait for a crisis to recalibrate.

How I Coach

I coach the way I led: structured, direct, and grounded in a clear methodology.

We work the High Performance Institute's six pillars: focus, clarity, energy, courage, productivity, and influence. That framework rests on a decade of behavioral research. On top of it, our practice layers protocols drawn from elite military training, three decades inside regulated financial organizations, and a 2023 cancer journey that put every principle through its hardest test. The combination is what makes the work different from any other performance coach you might consider.

I bring three things you won't get from most coaches. The executive lens, because I've sat in the chair. The fiduciary discipline, because thirty years in financial services has trained me to ask hard questions kindly and ask them anyway. And the partnership with David, because some of what you're navigating needs his perspective more than mine, and I'd rather you get the right answer than the convenient one.

"After 32 successful years in banking, I was burned out and ready for a change. I was reluctant and didn't know what to expect, but Jen's methodical coaching, where each session built upon the last, now guides both my professional growth and leadership approach."

Who I Work With

Senior executives, founders, and the people becoming them.

Senior executives navigating growth, succession, or transition. Founders who built the company and now have to lead it. Women in finance, law, and other high-stakes professions who've spent a career being twice as good and want a thinking partner who already knows that math. Boards, leadership teams, and rising talent inside organizations that take performance seriously.

"I've admired Jen since our days working together at Hawthorn. She helped me build real confidence and reconnect with a stronger sense of purpose."

Working With David

Two coaches. One firm.

I run &FOX with my husband and co-founder, David Fox. He brings the operator's instinct and field experience. I bring the executive lens and strategic rigor. You typically work with one of us as your primary coach. You get both perspectives in the work.
