About &FOX
Two coaches who have actually done the work.
Two coaches. Three decades of operating at the highest levels of finance, defense, and entrepreneurship. One methodology built for high performers who refuse to plateau.
Some of the people we coach arrive feeling stretched thin. Stuck. Running on empty inside the very success they built.
Others arrive feeling solid. Successful. Proud of what they've built, and clear-eyed that the strategies that got them here will not get them to the next level. They want a guide who has actually done the next level.
Both groups belong here. Both share the same insight: real growth needs more than ambition. It needs alignment, structure, and somebody in your corner who has already done the work you're about to do.
That's where we come in.
Who We Are
David & Jennifer Fox
We're David and Jennifer Fox. Married thirty-one years. Co-founders of &FOX. Both Certified High Performance Coaches through the High Performance Institute. We bring two distinct backgrounds and one shared methodology to every engagement.
Jennifer Fox
Coach. Operator. Faculty.
Jennifer spent nearly three decades at the highest levels of wealth management. As President of Wealth Management at Bryn Mawr Bank Corporation (NASDAQ: BMTC), she led 170 professionals across trust, investment, and planning. She doubled assets under management from $13 billion to $24 billion and helped position the firm for its 2022 combination with WSFS. Earlier she chaired the board of PNC Delaware Trust Company and served as Chief Wealth Strategist at PNC. She holds a JD, MBA, CFP, and Certified High Performance Coach credential. She teaches at the Villanova School of Business and serves on multiple boards in wealth-tech and philanthropy. She brings the rigor of a senior executive who has built, led, scaled, and sold.

David Fox
Coach. Operator. Performance Specialist.
David spent a decade training the world's most elite warriors. Delta Force. Navy SEALs. Marine Raiders. Air Force Pararescuemen. Army Rangers. He serves as a Search and Rescue technician with Pennsylvania Wilderness Search and Rescue, deploying across eleven counties in any conditions, at any hour. He has founded multiple companies across consumer goods, defense supply, and innovation consulting, after a decade designing consumer-behavior-change programs for Fortune 500 clients. He holds a BBA from Villanova, an MBA from the Temple University Fox School of Business, and the Certified High Performance Coach credential. He brings the operator's instinct for performance under pressure and the field discipline of someone who has trained people whose lives depend on it.

How We Coach
We coach the High Performance Institute's research-backed framework, anchored by six pillars: focus, clarity, energy, courage, productivity, and influence. That foundation works because it rests on a decade of behavioral science research.
On top of that foundation, we've layered our own field-tested protocols. Drawn from elite military training, where the cost of imprecise performance is unrecoverable. From three decades inside regulated financial organizations, where strategy and structure determine survival. From wilderness search and rescue, where decisions get made under stress most coaches will never experience. And from a 2023 cancer journey that put every principle we teach through the hardest test a person can face.
The framework worked. Our application of it worked. Now we coach others to use it before they need it.
And we don't disappear between sessions. We call this The In-Between. Personalized texts and prompts that keep you moving when the work gets hard. Sometimes accountability. Sometimes reflection. The cadence depends on you. But we stay with you in the work, because that's where the real change happens. Sessions are where you plan. The In-Between is where you build.
Why the Partnership Matters
Two perspectives. Deeply aligned. Openly different.
Most coaching engagements give you one perspective. We bring two perspectives, deeply aligned and openly different. Jennifer brings strategy, structure, and the executive lens. David brings field instinct, mindset under pressure, and the operator's eye.
Where Jennifer slows things down to make them sharper, David moves things forward without losing precision. The result is coaching that holds rigor and momentum at the same time.
You work with one of us as your primary coach. You get both perspectives in the work.
"For the first time, I understand that prosperity and performance aren't opposites. They actually fuel each other."
COURTNEY C., TV Host and Producer
