Who We Coach ยท Corporate Teams
Workshops inspire for a week. We change how teams operate.
Coaching engagements that develop leaders, retain talent, and change how teams execute under pressure.
Most team development programs deliver a two-day workshop, generate a burst of enthusiasm, and watch it fade within a month. The problem isn't the content. It's the delivery model. Workshops teach concepts. They don't change behavior. And behavior is what determines whether your team performs differently on Monday morning.
The Reality
Four pictures of the team challenge.
Most team development programs assume one challenge. We see four. Read these and notice which one fits where your team is right now.
Talent without a system.
You have smart, capable people who deliver individually but struggle to compound that talent into team-level execution. Workshops inspire them for a week. By month-end, they're back to the same patterns. The gap isn't ability. It's the system underneath.
Your best people, burning out.
The exit interviews tell you one story. The real story started months earlier, when they stopped raising ideas in meetings and started updating their LinkedIn profile on their lunch break. Retention isn't a comp problem. It's a capacity problem, and you can already see who's next.
The leadership gap.
You can hire for talent. You cannot hire for leadership. The gap between a competent manager and a genuine leader is emotional intelligence, communication depth, sound decisions under pressure, and the courage to have the conversations everyone else avoids. None of that develops through job experience alone.
Change without a steady hand.
A merger, a new CEO, restructuring, AI reshaping entire functions. The strategy work is usually clear. The leadership challenge is what nobody plans for: keeping the team focused when everything around them feels uncertain. Strategy doesn't carry you through that. Capability does.
How We Engage With Teams
Three ways the work shows up. All scoped to your team.
Every team engagement starts with a scoping conversation. The right engagement for your team depends on what you're solving for, who's involved, and how the development needs to integrate with the rest of the business. We typically engage in one of three ways.
Leadership Team Coaching.
For executive teams, division leadership, or department heads who need to operate as a real team, not just a collection of individual leaders. We work with the team as a unit and with each member individually. The full Radar runs at three measurement points across the engagement.
Typical duration: six months to a year
Cohort Programs.
For developing leaders at scale. Multiple participants move through a structured curriculum together, with individual coaching threaded through. Best for organizations building a leadership pipeline or rolling out development across a layer of the organization.
Typical cohort size: eight to sixteen
Custom Hybrid.
For organizations with a specific situation. The work blends individual coaching for key leaders with team or group sessions for the surrounding cohort. Common when a senior leader needs a confidential thinking partner while their team also needs structured development.
Scoped to your situation
Every engagement uses the Radar measurement, the In-Between protocol between sessions, and three-point measurement of behavioral change. The methodology stays consistent. The form changes to fit your team.
How We Coach
Two perspectives. One framework. The depth this work requires.
Most team engagements use a single consultant. We bring two coaches, deeply aligned and openly different. One of us leads each engagement. You get both perspectives in the work.
The executive lens.
Jen led wealth management teams through scale, sale, and three decades of execution in regulated financial environments. She brings the strategic and financial rigor that keeps team development grounded in measurable business outcomes.
The operator lens.
David trained Special Forces operators for ten years, has served as a wilderness search and rescue technician for six, and built businesses from scratch. He brings the discipline of operating in environments where trust, communication, and shared accountability are survival skills, not aspirational values.
The work rests on the High Performance Institute's research-backed framework. The Radar measures team behavior. The In-Between keeps execution moving between sessions. The Proof shows up in what the Radar measures across three points in the engagement.
"You've helped me improve as a leader and communicate effectively, even in frustrating situations. You hold me accountable while also caring about how I feel and the progress I'm making."

High Achiever vs. High Performer: Why Success Doesn't Last (And How to Fix It)
With David FoxYour best people hit the goal. Got the promotion. And then crashed. Most professionals who look successful live inside the high achiever cycle: constant spikes and crashes. They sacrifice relationships, health, and energy to chase one outcome, and when they get it, there's nothing left in the tank. A high performer operates differently. Same intensity. Same ambition. Different system. David walks through what separates the two, and how to build the system.
