We measure behavior. Not feelings.

Coaching has a measurement problem. Most tools rely on self-perception, asking clients to rate their own confidence, focus, or effectiveness. Research shows we're unreliable narrators of our own behavior. We underestimate what we're good at. We overestimate what we think we should be good at. The patterns we need to see stay hidden.

The &FOX Radar takes a different approach. Our 112-question behavioral assessment maps your performance across 28 dimensions. Not how you rate yourself. What you actually do.

You take the Radar three times during your engagement. The first shows us where to focus. The second shows momentum. The third shows your growth, in data you can see.
