Jennifer spent over three decades as a wealth management executive, leading firms managing more than a billion dollars in assets. She's guided executives and teams through growth, complexity, and high-stakes transitions - and watched too many talented people burn out in the process. She holds a law degree, an MBA, and a Certified Financial Planner designation. She's now a Certified High Performance Coach, focused on helping leaders build success that's actually sustainable.
 
David trained and operated in environments where clarity, trust, and decision-making aren't optional - they're survival skills. From Special Forces product instructor...to Wilderness Search & Rescue technician...to entrepreneur...to Certified High Performance Coach, his background brings a different lens to leadership: one grounded in pressure, precision, resiliency, and human performance under real conditions.
